You, as a client, are entitled to consult with other attorneys when there is a question in your mind about your case which you feel should be considered by another attorney. If you are represented at the present time and feel that your case would be best served by having the opinion of another attorney, you can:

Request that your present attorney seek consultation with another attorney who concentrates in the same area of the law or:
- Consult with another attorney who concentrates in the same area of the law
If you have a case which involves any area of the law our firm concentrates in, we would be pleased to provide you with a second opinion.
We will, free, without obligation and in confidence, objectively and honestly evaluate your case and the legal services being provided by your present attorney.
If we determine that you are, in fact, not being properly represented by your present attorney, we can take over the handling of your claim. You will be entitled to our reduced fee policy. It is our exclusive responsibility to compensate your attorney for his time and costs. You will owe your present attorney absolutely nothing.
Once a new attorney is retained, you are under no obligation to speak with your old attorney. It is, in fact, improper and unethical for your old attorney to contact you directly once their services have been terminated. Retaining a new attorney will not delay your case in anyway.
